I believe in three main things: knowledge, reflection and change. You cannot have change without giving time to reflect, and you cannot reflect on things without new knowledge, information and perspectives. With these three small, but powerful, words I work - with like-minded - tirelessly on changing our current culture on how we work.
Combining my own experiences with stress related mental illness, with my broad and interdisciplinary theoretical knowledge, and last but not least my experiences in business development, management, and leadership (both in sports and in worklife), I tackle this complex societal problem of ours. As a consultant I work with board of directors and employers in helping them develop a more sustainable leadership - understanding the societal changes and how it affects them and their employees. I also educate and consult companies in understanding and improving their organisation in creating a more sustainable worklife. As an educator I spread knowledge as a way to prevent stress-related mental illness - both in the form of public speeches but also through social media. Knowledge is power! Here you'll find the services I offer. I base all my material on science, research and my own experiences as a former burnout (always linked to research). I will never through around with a trendy abstract management idea. RELATED
